The Clever Classroom™ gladly deals with Customer refunds subject to the following policy:

1.    If goods are faulty at the time of purchase we gladly refund the full purchase price. Please ensure all packaging is returned wherever possible.

2.    If the purchased goods are not what you want, we will gladly provide you with a store credit for the full purchase price provided the goods are returned within 7 days of the date of purchase and are undamaged and unused. This includes the requirement for all packaging to be undamaged and intact.

3.    In all circumstances the original sales docket and associated EFTPOS receipt (if applicable) must be returned as proof of purchase. Purchases on EFTPOS will only be refunded (for Item 1 above) to the original card used in the transaction.
